I can not say enough about my experience with Tulsa RV. I got in a hurry and thought I wanted a certain Rv and put down a $1,000 non refundable deposit. Two days later I knew I did not want the RV I had chosen. I went back in and asked if they’d give me at least half my money back. The owner Craig said he would give it all back he just wanted me to be happy. We talked through what I was looking for and he helped me find it. Then the service tech was great teaching us about our new RV. I will definitely do business with them again. Tulsa RV is AWESOME!

We went to the Tulsa boat sport and travel show to look for a small travel trailer. Everyone we met with Tulsa RV was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and made the process smooth and easy. We definitely didn’t buy a big fancy model but that didn’t matter. We received top notch service from everyone. Can’t wait to get out on the road with our new camper. It was a one stop shop for us and we couldn’t be happier.

We bought a new 2024 Keystone Bullet. Love it!!! When we purchased it Tulsa RV & Marine told us to take it out an enjoy. If we have any questions or problems call when we get back and can leave it for a time they will fix it. We camped twice loving every minute, had a 3 week down time. Called about a couple of issues, dropped it off and Duane Kay and staff took care of it. The issues weren’t big mostly cosmetic and simple things. They got it finished so we can enjoy the summer!! From purchasing to service 5 stars all the way!!

My daughter & I were looking for an RV with unique needs. We contacted Morgan in sales. See was not only knowledgeable but listened to our needs. She and the whole staff at Tulsa RV worked with us to make owning our new RV possible.

Dustin and the sales staff are great and understood everything that I wanted and then some. They are very attentive and always smiling and patient. Dave in the service department went above and beyond to make sure we were ready and set up and both Morgan (girl) and Morgan (guy) were both great. Kendra is a goddess at financing. Just so impressed and just an awesome staff and best place to buy in Tulsa and Joplin. We was greeted with friendly service. Morgan went above and beyound to help in the situation with my uncle. We was able to go and see the trailer then go back.to.the office and make a deal there was no long wait to get finale deal finalized or paper work done.. Trailer was sent through service and was ready for pick up that evening..

Very efficient. Professional staff. What more do we want as customers right? Morgan as Parts Manager knows his stuff; experienced and courteous service… he represents this company well! I have been in there now 3 times for parts and most recently had a trailer wiring harness installed on a class B motorhome. Dropped it off in the morning and with severe weather coming that afternoon Eric installed the set up and had me done by lunchtime before the bad weather hit. They have earned our loyalty and I would recommend them over any others in the Tulsa area. CU again soon. Thank you everybody.

Jay has been a fantastic representative to work with. We came into Tulsa RV & Marine not sure what we wanted. He was extremely patient with us to make sure we got the RV that was right for us! Would 10/10 recommend him and work with him again.

I recently had two macerator toilets installed at this facility. What an outstanding experience. The manager Dewayne was great to deal with. The technicians (both named Eric) did an awesome job and a clean install.

I highly recommend you give this facility or Joplin RV a call for your service needs.

You know when you need to put your RV in the shop, and you dread it because you have no idea when you’ll see it again, or how much it is going to cost? Not the case here. Best care anywhere. Quick turnaround, reasonably priced, great communication. Can’t recommend them enough, and Kat is the best.

Bought a new Forest River travel trailer from here. Jeff and the crew were extremely helpful and patient with us as this was our 1st RV. We drove from Dultuh, MN because their prices were significantly lower and they took almost 2 hours of their time to thoroughly go over the ins and outs of our new camper. The whole family absolutely loves the unit and we’re excited to start making many good memories thanks to Jeff and the people at Tulsa RV!

I’m a little late on sending this review I bought this Hideout almost a month ago and failed to express my gratitude to Jay he was amazing to work my son & I really enjoyed having him as our sales rep he’s definitely a hard worker and it shows.
